Keith Kemp
Bay Area native and founder of DC Electrical. Keith brings 15+ years of contracting experience, deep community roots, and the leadership vision that launched FAST Fire Group.

Ed Bagalso
Fire and life safety veteran with 15+ years in the field. Ed runs day-to-day operations and brings unmatched expertise working with California property managers and compliance requirements.

Our Story
FAST Fire Group was spun out of DC Electrical, a Bay Area electrical contracting company with over 15 years of service to California businesses and property owners. What started as a trusted electrical operation became something bigger when our founders kept seeing the same problem on every job site: buildings out of compliance, property managers unaware of new California fire safety regulations, and no single company equipped to fix it all.
Rather than look the other way, Keith and Ed made a decision — build the company that should have already existed. FAST Fire Group was founded to close that compliance gap, protect the communities they grew up in, and deliver the kind of full-service fire protection that California's evolving code environment demands.
The same professionalism, integrity, and work ethic that built DC Electrical over 15 years is the foundation FAST stands on today.
